Area Tips

In between Hapuna beach and Puako sits Wai'alea Beach Park. This beach is commonly called "69" , named after an old telephone pole that used to be here. This secluded beach offers easy snorkeling when waters are calm. Snorkeling is great in the center of the bay where there is a small island. Great for beginner and advanced snorkelers.
