Manini'owali Beach has recently been updated with a paved access road, parking lot, and new restrooms and showers. Manini'owali offers a true tropical experience with a white sand beach and turquiose waters. There is almost no shade here, so bring your own umbrellas. Manini'owali is a great place for a picnic, boogie boarding, swimming, surfing, and sun bathing.

Accessibility
From Kona, head north on highway 19. At mile marker 89, turn oceanside onto the new, paved road. You will see the sign for Manini'owali beach and the gate. Head through the gate and continue on this road to the parking lot and facilities. Take note of what time the gates close so you don't get locked in.
