Area Tips

Just next door to Ka'anapali Beach is Kahekili Beach Park. At Kahekili you will find the same beauty in the white sand beach and blue waters as Ka'anapali, but with less crowds. Snorkeling st Kahekili is great. The reef starts right as you enter and extends all along the beach. There are lots of fish to see, visibility is great, entry is easy right form the sand, and the depth of the water varies...making an all around great snorkeling experience.



Marine Life

When snorkeling Kahekili Beach, watch for:

  • Sea turtles
  • Trigger fish
  • Parrot fish
  • Moray eels
  • Manta Rays
  • Watch close for an Octopus

Accessibility

From Highway 30, turn oceanside on Kai Ala Drive just past mile marker 25. You will see the large parking lot from Kai Ala Drive.
